Orders Are Shipped Monday - Saturday, Express Orders Placed Before 2pm Ship Same Day
Shipping is via USPS unless another carrier is requested. Rates are calculated based on weight, size and distance. Orders are shipped out on business days within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. We are based in Beverly Hills California.
We keep things simple by charging the market rate of about $5.99* for Standard Economy shipping (5-8 business days) for orders under 4 pouches or 2 lbs via USPS ground anywhere in California.
Shipping outside of California is charged at the market rate of about $10.99. Shipping is FREE on orders over $75 within the continental US*(mainland). In a rush? Express shipping (1-2 business days) and our Next Day rates are calculated based on weight, size and distance.
We will send you a tracking number to follow your order’s progress. When you receive the tracking number it means the shipment has been picked up and is in the hands of the selected carrier. While your order is in transit we are limited in the information available to us and inquiries regarding the current status or a delay should be sent to the carrier. Please understand that all carriers have stopped offering delivery guarantees and as such we can no longer guarantee delivery on express orders. Lost packages will be reshipped or credited, not refunded.
