Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee that you will love our loose leaf tea! If you don’t love it, it’s on us. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. We would be more than happy to offer store credit to help you find a tea that you love!
Returns & Exchanges:
Unopened Items: We accept returns for unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. These will be refunded via store credit, minus a flat $10 return/restocking fee.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sample-size products, opened loose leaf tea samplers, tea bundles, build your own products, gift boxes, variety packs, teaware, or used products.
Issues: If you received a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will be sure to take care of you!
